Since 2001, in Belarus, the La Strada Program has been effectively working to overcome stereotypes about representing the problem of trafficking in human beings as a problem of prostitution, in disseminating information about the dangers of trafficking and the rules of safe migration behavior.
We are members of the La Strada International Association. The main objective of the La Strada Program is to prevent human trafficking in Central and Eastern Europe. Now the network unites 24 countries and is registered as the international non-governmental organization La Strada, with headquarters in the Netherlands.

All participating countries develop their activities in three main areas: conducting information and educational work, providing assistance to victims of human trafficking, working with the media and lobbying.
Social assistance The La Strada program provides assistance to victims of trafficking in persons, either directly or by referral to highly qualified specialists and specialized organizations. At the same time, social support is provided to customers.
