Measures of safe travel abroad

• Never give anyone your passport. Documents which confirm your identity should always only be with you. Only produce your documents to police and customs officials, and never give your documents to other people.
• Make several copies of your passport.Leave copies of all of your documents with your parents, relatives, or friends.
• Leave your address and telephone number with your friends and relatives.
• Be careful when you give your photograph to someone while abroad, it could be manipulated and used in pornography.
• If your documents get stolen, go immediately to the police or the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus.
• Make sure to always have enough money to return home.
• Do not agree when someone offers to make you a fake passport or other documents, and says that it is ok.
